Welcome to RevKit, a Revit plugin content management service ("Service") provided by Struct-BIM ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using RevKit, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using RevKit, you:

Agree to be bound by these Terms of Use
Confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have legal authority to enter into this agreement
Accept any future revisions to these terms, which we may update from time to time

If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RevKit allows users to:

Store, organize, and manage Revit family files in the cloud
Upload .rfa, .png, and metadata files
Access and insert families directly into Revit using the RevKit plugin
Use features such as search, categories, favorites, and recent access

3. Account & Subscription

To access RevKit, you must:

Maintain an active subscription (e.g., $10/month per user or 100/year ) using Lemon Squeezy to use full functionality

You are responsible for:

Keeping your login credentials secur
All activity under your account

4. Payments & Billing

Subscriptions are managed through a third-party provider (e.g., Lemon Squeezy)
All pricing, billing frequency, and payment details are provided at checkout
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any Revit family files or metadata ("Content") you upload.

By using the service, you grant us a license to:

Store and serve your Content for your use within RevKit
Perform necessary operations to maintain or improve the Service

We do not claim ownership of your files.

6. License Restrictions

You may not:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the RevKit plugin
Resell or share your account or license
Use the Service for illegal, unauthorized, or unethical purposes

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if:

You violate these Terms
Your subscription is unpaid or canceled
You engage in misuse or abuse of the Service

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

9. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee:

Uptime or error-free operation
Compatibility with all versions of Revit
That data will not be lost (you are encouraged to back up important files)

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

Your use or inability to use the Service
Loss of data, profits, or business interruption

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of ISREAL.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of ISRAEL.
