Refund Policy

At RevKit, we want you to be satisfied with your experience. However, because our product is a digital plugin with instant access, we have specific guidelines around refunds to ensure fairness and clarity.
 

💰 Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund within 7 days of your original purchase if:

  • You have not used the plugin beyond installation

  • You are unsatisfied due to a technical issue we cannot resolve

  • You mistakenly purchased a plan and have not activated or used any core features

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • You used the plugin extensively

  • You simply changed your mind after use

  • You failed to cancel before a renewal charge

  • The product was purchased by someone else without your consent
     

🔁 Subscription Renewals

RevKit subscriptions renew automatically based on your selected billing cycle (e.g., monthly). You are responsible for canceling your subscription before the next billing date to avoid being charged.

Refunds for auto-renewals are not guaranteed unless:

  • You notify us within 3 days of the renewal

  • You have not used the plugin since renewal

If you experience a technical problem:

  2. We will attempt to resolve the issue promptly

  3. If we are unable to fix a verified issue that prevents you from using the plugin, we may approve a full refund
     

🧾 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  2. Include:

    • Your purchase email

    • Order ID (from Paddle or your receipt)

    • Reason for the refund request

Refund requests are processed within 5–7 business days.
 

💳 Payments Handled by Paddle

All transactions are processed securely through Paddle, our payment partner. Paddle may issue the refund directly according to their refund handling process.
You can also contact Paddle directly at help@paddle.com with your order number.
